We believe in a world where teams can manage properties without friction. Where neighbors and guests coexist peacefully, multifamily communities thrive, and technology supports better decision-making at every level. That’s the world we’re building. One where properties are respected, problems are prevented, and people feel confident in every space.
Our co-founder, Nils Mattisson, worked in Apple's exploratory design group in California when that idea took hold. As Airbnb gained traction and digital privacy eroded, the need for respectful, tech-driven solutions became clear.
Nils joined forces with three fellow Swedes who were determined to make shared living work respectfully: Marcus Ljungblad, Fredrik Ahlberg, and Martin Lööf. In 2014, they met for the first time in Shenzhen, China (in a freight elevator at the HAX accelerator) and began building.
Just 30 days later, they’d raised $238,000 on Kickstarter. The world wanted a new way to manage shared properties.
Today, Minut is a global company helping operators to stay proactive and make better decisions for their guests and tenants, their neighbors, and their bottom line.
Minut is designed, built, and tested in our own Swedish factory and HQ.By owning the process end-to-end, we ensure top-class hardware, privacy-first design, and sustainability at scale.
