What kind of questions can AI Autopilot answer?

Autopilot can answer any guest questions that it has the knowledge for. It uses information from your property listing, your Minut sensor, and the contents you choose to upload to the Knowledge base, such as:

  • Amenities and property features, such as the WiFi password and parking instructions
  • Check-in and check-out procedures and house rules
  • Guest guide books with local tips and recommendations

If it doesn’t have the answer, or the question is complex or sensitive, Autopilot will automatically escalate the question to your team.

Does Autopilot learn to improve over time?

Yes! Autopilot gets better the more it's used. With every conversation, it handles questions more smoothly because it notices where information is missing, learns what the host has answered in those cases, and suggests improvements to Knowledge accordingly. Over time it can automate more, respond more accurately, and give your guests an even smoother experience.

Do the messages appear in my Airbnb inbox?

Yes, if your Airbnb account is connected to Minut, every message you or Autopilot sends also appears in your Airbnb inbox. If you’re using a PMS integration, messages are sent only via WhatsApp or SMS, and those conversations appear in your Minut inbox only.

Can I still reply to guests myself using the unified inbox?

Absolutely. All Airbnb, WhatsApp, and SMS conversations appear in the inbox, so your team has full visibility and can take over at any time. You can also turn Autopilot on or off whenever you want.
