How do guests access the Guest app?

A unique, secure link is generated for every stay. You can share it directly with guests or completely automate the delivery by scheduling a welcome message through Minut.

No download or additional logins are required.

What if I forget to delete their guest link?

Access is automatically removed once the stay ends, so you don’t need to do anything. This is true whether stays were added manually or via a PMS or OTA integration.

Will guests see my settings or monitoring alerts?

No, guests never see either of these. Hosts can also set limits on what guests can see and adjust inside your property.

Will guests need my login details to access devices?

No, guests will have temporary access to the devices through their unique link and won’t need to enter any passwords or see any of your login details.
