Minut Continues Global Expansion by Launching in France

Bonjour! Today is a very important day for all of us at Minut, as it marks our official launch in France.

France is the second largest Airbnb market in the world (after the US), with Paris regularly ranking in the top 3 most popular cities among tourists globally. Now that international travel is coming back, we’re expanding to France to support hosts and property managers in promoting responsible recovery in the region.

Our expansion into the French market has been long in the making, which gives us the chance to launch with an already-existing base of happy customers and partners including igloohome France, BookingSync and Office Riders.

Hosts (in France and globally) can take advantage of our integration with igloohome, smart locks provider, to make contactless check-ins even smoother. When enabled, Minut will fetch the access code from igloohome, and automatically share it with guests prior to check-in. igloohome also offers a discount just for Minut customers - use the code MINUT for 10% off when purchasing an igloohome smart lock on igloohome's website.

We’re also integrated with property management system BookingSync, the cloud-based vacation rental management platform (+ 25000 properties in the world). We share their goal to make the lives of vacation rental owners, managers and agencies easier - so when you link your BookingSync and Minut accounts, you can save time, protect your property and enhance guest experience all at once. BookingSync offers a 15% discount on the onboarding fees for Minut customers.

As we bring our mission to make short-term rentals work for everyone to France, we aim to provide a better experience for all hosts, guests and neighbors in the region. We will also be taking a more proactive role in shaping the future and supporting the growth of the industry. We started it off last week at the Short Stay Week, where we connected with existing and prospective partners in France and took part in a panel discussion on tech in vacation rental.
