We’re proud to be adding FantasticStay, a world-class property management system and channel manager, as our partner. Our new integration will help hosts and property managers worldwide run their businesses safely and efficiently.
The integration will support our automated communication feature, Guest Connect, by automatically importing booking data from FantasticStay. Guest Connect lets hosts set up scheduled messages to guide the guests throughout the stay. It can also send a text message and/or give the guests an automated phone call when Minut detects noise. By automating guest communication, property managers can make sure that Minut will put a quick end to noise issues. They can also save time and resources, as all the communication will happen automatically, without the need for their involvement.
The automation goes even further with the FantasticStay integration. When enabled, Minut will automatically sync booking information from the PMS, freeing up property managers’ time (that they’d otherwise have to spend entering guest details manually.)
