In addition to monitoring sound levels, Minut can also help you enhance guest experience and resolve noise issues when they arise. Our new integration with vacation rental software provider Hostfully makes noise management and communication with guests even more efficient.
Our existing Guest Connect feature lets you set up Minut so that it texts and/or calls your guests when it detects noise. It can also send scheduled check-in and check-out messages to your guests. Thanks to the new integration with Hostfully, you’ll be able to make sure Minut has the right contact details for your guests at all times - without any effort required from your team.
Introducing booking information for each guest can be a tedious and error-prone process. When you connect your Minut account with Hostfully, booking information will sync automatically, saving you that precious time and potential errors.
The new integration, in combination with Guest Connect, will help hosts and property managers ensure that all noise issues are dealt with quickly and effectively. Guest Connect eliminates the need for a staff member to be on call 24/7, and the PMS integration brings admin work down to the minimum. Together, they help hosts and PMs protect their rentals and enhance guest experience while keeping operations lean.
