At Minut, we’re all about making property management safer and easier. The newest addition to our Guest Connect feature helps you provide top-notch guest experience while saving time and busywork. You can now schedule check-in and check-out messages - so that all your communication with guests stays consistent and on-brand with minimal effort on your part.
All the messages - and their timing - are fully customizable. And you can set up as many messages as you want! We encourage you to try out a few different flows and see what works best for your business. Below, we list some basic instructions and best practices that you can use as a starting point.
