Minut x Tokeet: Take Control of Noise with our New Integration

We couldn’t be prouder to partner with Tokeet on our newest integration. They offer Vacation Rental Management Software and a suite of powerful tools for channel management, rental automation, owner management, and more. Together, we’re making it easier to solve noise issues, helping you protect your properties and business even more efficiently.

When you connect Minut and Tokeet accounts, the booking data will sync automatically. This means that Minut will always have the correct contact information for your guests, and can welcome them after they check-in (via our scheduled messages) and remind them about house rules when it detects noise.

With this integration, you will no longer have to be on call 24/7; and you won’t have to spend a lot of time manually entering guest details either. Minut will be able to text and/or give your guests an automated phone call on your behalf. That makes for a faster noise resolution and leaner operations.

Here are some of Tokeet’s latest updates! They’ve recently improved various tooltips and success messages within the app, including added buttons to allow easy bookings of a demo or onboarding call!

Users now have the ability to choose what House Staff users can see, to upload PDFs for expenses, and to delete icals in bulk. Updates have also been made to the calendar for extra clarity on overlapping events and notes. 

A Disconnect option has been added for integrations, which means you have more control over the functionalities you choose to use! The registration process has also been updated for added security and to capture more details.

Want to add a pet fee for Airbnb connections? You now have the option to do so at the touch of a button! 


Multiple bugs and issues have also been resolved recently, from fixed-rate issues for same-day rates to display issues on the Billing Info page and updated labels for extra clarity.

The Tokeet team has also fixed bugs causing users to be unable to see their rental locations and updated the guest portal link in automated messages, which is now hyperlinked. The button display issues for the Reply button inquiries have been resolved, as well as a rounding issue when pushing Expedia rates. Files are now accessible to guests when a message is sent from Mobile.
