Introducing Minut’s Incident Reports: Impactful insights into your rental units

At Minut, we're dedicated to providing our customers with the best solutions for property security and peace of mind. While our current reporting feature offers valuable top-level analysis, we understand the demand for more detailed, property-specific insights

Our latest update introduces a more exact reporting solution, including exportable PDFs and customizable timeframe filtering. With these new features, property managers and owners can delve into their data, ensuring thorough protection and evidence documentation when needed.

Here’s what you can expect from our latest releases…

Launch: Incident Reports

Our customers rely on Minut data for various purposes, from validating incidents to providing proof to entities like insurance companies, government bodies, and Airbnb. While our existing reporting features offer valuable insights, we understand the need for event-based reports that provide a comprehensive overview of specific incidents.

What are Incident Reports?

Incident Reports are a new addition to our reporting feature, designed to offer a focused, concise overview of incidents within a specific property and timeframe. Unlike our current summary reports, which cover broader periods, Incident Reports zero in on a single property and a shorter timeframe, typically spanning no more than one guest's stay.

Incident Reports include a variety of data elements, such as extracts of noise graphs, timestamped logs detailing events, and information on how guests were contacted automatically, if applicable. These details provide a thorough account of the incident for documentation and validation purposes.

Update: Filters

Alongside our Incident Report update, we will also be adding a filtering option to our Summary Reports. We understand that the ability to tailor reports to specific needs is crucial for our users—and while our current reports have served as a foundation, there are limits to their flexibility and customization. By offering advanced filtering options,  customers will now have insights into the amount and distribution of noise issues across their portfolios or within a group of rental units. We’ll also be able to show you how quickly incidents were resolved and which properties had the most events.

Our Pro plan users can now tailor their reports and gain deeper insights. Minut’s user-friendly interface will allow customers to effortlessly select home groups and specific time periods, ranging from one day to six months. Whether you're analyzing trends over time or focusing on particular properties, our enhanced reporting feature enables you to extract actionable insights with ease.
