The new Guest Journey view brings together all the messages going out across a booking from pre-arrival to post-check-out, so you can see exactly what messages your guests will receive and when. The during-stay section shows which sensor-triggered messages are active across your portfolio. Add messages per section to build out the full guest journey.

Sensor-triggered messaging now goes beyond noise.

If Minut detects that a sensor has been tampered with during a stay, in addition to notifying you, it can automatically send the guest a message asking them to put it back — with optional local flash and sound emitted from the device.

If an early departure is detected, Minut can message the guest to confirm whether they have left, giving you the chance to resell unused nights or turn the property faster. Customize the messages to your brand tone of voice within the settings.

More locks, same seamless check-in.

Minut now integrates with 17 new smart lock brands, including Yale, August, igloohome, Kwikset, Lockly, Tedee, TTLock, SmartThings, and more. A unique access code is generated for each stay — valid from check-in to check-out only. Schedule the code to be shared automatically with a pre-arrival message for a seamless self check-in. Guests can also access the code, remotely lock and unlock the door directly from the Guest app during their stay.

Assign a specific team member to any repeating task or automation — they'll receive notifications automatically when assigned, and when due dates are approaching.

We've also redesigned the task list view on web: repeating tasks are now grouped by task name, making it easier to scan outstanding tasks and act on what needs attention.

Scheduled messages now use the same delivery channel as your noise messages for Airbnb and Guesty integrations. Choose from SMS, Airbnb/Guesty Inbox, or both.

Change your preference under Integrations → Airbnb or Guesty → Settings.

Pick your favorite local recommendations from the Google Maps-powered search and Minut will automatically generate the rest of the details: title, link, description, and category.

Find it under Properties → select a unit → Guest experience.

Cameras are now part of the picture.

Minut now integrates with Ring, bringing doorbell and security camera visibility into the same platform as your noise, occupancy, and climate data. View Ring alerts, live video feeds, and event logs directly in your Minut dashboard. Guests can also access connected Ring cameras securely during their stay via the Guest app, including a live stream and event history.

Host controls are on by default and guest access can be adjusted in Guest app settings. Available for US Ring customers.

Repeating and automated tasks can now be assigned to specific team members. Add the assigned person to the task template and they'll be assigned and notified every time the task is scheduled.

This update also simplifies automation setup — each automation now has its own title and category directly, without a separate templates tab.

Hosts and team members can now add photos directly to a task — confirm a job is done, flag something that needs attention, or show what the expected standard looks like.
