What’s new?

Repeating tasks are now available in the web app.

You can create recurring maintenance tasks and schedule them at your chosen cadence, such as weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Tasks are generated automatically across your selected units, and updates to the repeating task apply to all future scheduled instances.

Templates are available for common tasks like smoke alarm checks, lock battery changes, AC filter cleaning, and deep cleans. You can also create custom repeating tasks to match your operations.

This helps ensure routine maintenance stays on track across your portfolio.

Autopilot now has a slightly longer delay so it is better at recognizing when you’ve already responded to a guest.

It will no longer step in with a duplicate answer if you’ve handled the question manually.

Minut is now available in Japanese.

You can change your language under Account → Language. On mobile, you may also need to update your device’s system language.

Guest phone numbers are now imported through the Airbnb integration.

Minut now imports guest phone numbers through the Airbnb integration, so Minut can reach guests via SMS, Autocall, and Call Assist when noise goes above your set threshold.

With an Airbnb integration, the default channel for noise text alerts is the Airbnb inbox. You can switch this to SMS (or send via both) in your Airbnb integration settings.

You can send and receive images directly within the Inbox.

Add images to your Knowledge Base, such as maps or entrance photos. Autopilot can include these images in guest replies when relevant.

Clear visual communication helps resolve issues faster and reduces back-and-forth.

Image sending is currently available via Airbnb only. Coming to other channels soon.

Checklists can now be added to tasks and task templates.

You can track progress as items are completed, giving clearer visibility into how much of a task has been done.

This helps ensure important steps aren’t missed and improves consistency across teams.

When Autopilot escalates a conversation to you or your team member, it remains unresolved until addressed.

Conversations are now automatically resolved when the exchange clearly indicates the issue has been handled — such as closing message — or if no new messages are sent within 24 hours.

This removes the need for you to manually change the message stateand allows Autopilot to step back and help answer guests questions.

RentalReady is now available as an integration with Minut.

It works the same way as our other PMS integrations, allowing you to sync reservation data into Minut and automate monitoring based on guest stays.

This gives RentalReady users the same streamlined setup and automated workflows as other supported PMS platforms, with less manual coordination between systems.

We’ve simplified roles in Minut by removing the Contact role.

Contacts were a limited alerts-only role and were often mistaken for a way to send all notifications. Going forward, use the Member role instead and customize notification preferences.

You can now set the minimum noise threshold to 55 dB. This provides more flexibility to meet local authority requirements where lower limits apply.

Lower thresholds are more sensitive and may result in more frequent alerts and increased battery usage.
