Indoor Climate Analytics is now available under Reports.

You can see how much time properties spend within — and outside — the comfortable temperature range, at both building and unit level.

Highlight your warmest and coldest properties, helping you identify where attention may be needed.

Task analytics are now live on web and mobile under Reports.

You can see how many tasks are due each month, understand overall team workload, and identify which types of tasks — such as maintenance or cleaning — take the most time.

You can also see which tasks are frequently overdue, helping you spot bottlenecks and improve operational consistency.

Autopilot now has a short delay before processing new guest messages. This allows multiple guest messages to be considered together, reducing fragmented or repeated replies.

User permissions for Minut Messaging have been updated to align with overall role logic.

• Owners and admins can configure Autopilot and manage Knowledge.
• Members can view the Inbox and reply to conversations, but cannot change Autopilot settings or edit Knowledge.
• Access is limited to the buildings, locations, or unit(s) each user is assigned to. For example, Members can only view and reply to conversations for stays within their assigned units.

You can now manually mark a conversation as unresolved in the Inbox. When a thread is marked as unresolved, Autopilot pauses replies until it is resolved again.
