If you’ve ever tried to install smart devices in a building with spotty WiFi or complex infrastructure, you know how frustrating it can be. Firewalls. Guest networks. Dead zones. These issues don’t just slow you down — they can prevent sensors from working altogether.
This is especially true in multi-unit buildings, older constructions, or sites where guest access and building-wide connectivity are tightly controlled. And when you’re rolling out sensors across an entire portfolio, losing time to setup problems in each property isn’t scalable.
That’s precisely why we built our new Connectivity Solutions range: the Cellular Gateway and Wired Mounting Kit. Together, they give you the tools to install Minut at scale, in any building, no matter how complex the environment.
The Minut Cellular Gateway brings reliable connectivity to buildings where WiFi is unavailable, restricted, or inconsistent. It connects via LTE-M/NB-IoT, using a pre-installed global Minut SIM, so there’s no need to rely on local networks or guest WiFi credentials, or juggle multiple data management solutions across multiple platforms.
You can place it wherever it’s needed most, and each gateway supports up to 100 Minut sensors. No manual pairing, extra routers, or network configuration needed. Just plug it in and your sensors come online.
We designed the Gateway with enterprise deployments in mind. It’s housed in a durable aluminum enclosure and powered via USB-C or PoE, so you can install it cleanly in virtually any space. You get secure, scalable connectivity, even in older or hard-to-reach buildings.

Power is another common challenge for smart devices, especially when they're installed in ceilings or tucked away in hard-to-reach locations. While many customers love our 12-month battery life, we appreciate that changing batteries isn’t suitable for everyone, especially when managing hundreds of units.
Our new Wired Mounting Kit solves this by keeping your Minut sensors permanently powered. Depending on your building’s infrastructure, choose between a standard AC power adapter or a PoE adapter. Either option keeps your sensors online 24/7, 365 days a year.
Each kit includes a custom mounting bracket designed to fit standard ceiling junction boxes or direct-to-structure. The result is a clean, unobtrusive setup that’s made for long-term installation.

These new hardware options unlock faster installs and stronger reliability across every property. Whether you’re managing urban apartments, multifamily buildings or serviced units, they’re built to scale with you.
You can mix and match to suit your infrastructure:
Either way, you’ll stay connected without relying on tenant networks or managing sensor batteries. You’ll save time, reduce site visits, and ensure uninterrupted monitoring across your entire portfolio.

Minut is already trusted by over 50,000 customers worldwide, and now we’re making it even easier to bring that same reliability to every property you manage.
