If you’re wondering how Minut works, the answer is simple. We monitor noise levels and notify you when they exceed the threshold you’ve set through the Minut app. Our Guest Connect feature allows us to reach out to guests on your behalf. This way, we can make sure they receive your home’s rules regarding quiet hours or check-in information for example. When we need to alert the guest because of excessive noise or occupancy, we can send out an Autocall, a text message, or trigger the device to flash and sound. To choose your preferred alert method, modify your noise profile settings on the Minut app.

Our integration works by linking your Minut and Hospitable accounts. When the two accounts are connected, Minut gathers information about your properties automatically.
